1. Acceptance

By using KazaUmri you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

KazaUmri is a personal prayer debt (Kaza-e-Umri) tracking tool for Muslims. It is provided as a sincere act of service to the community. While we strive for accuracy, prayer calculations are estimates — consult a qualified scholar for religious rulings.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One person, one account.
• You must provide accurate information at signup.

4. The honour system

The free plan is available to those who cannot genuinely afford the $10/year premium plan. By selecting the free plan under the honour system, you declare in good faith before Allah that it is a financial hardship. Abuse of this system is between you and Allah — we will not police it.

5. Premium subscription

• Premium is billed at $10/year via Stripe.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• To cancel, email support@kazaumri.com or manage via Stripe's customer portal.
• Refunds: we offer a 14-day refund on first-time purchases. Email us.

6. Data and privacy

See our Privacy Policy. Your prayer data is yours. We do not sell it.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell this service.
• Do not use automated tools to abuse the API.
• This is a spiritual tool — treat it with respect.

8. Disclaimer

KazaUmri is provided "as is". We make no warranty that calculations are perfectly accurate for your specific religious school of thought. Always consult a scholar for formal religious guidance.
